Vessel autoclaveble or insitu (in place sterilization) controlled parameter such – agitation, aeration, ph, temp, antifoam, do or any special parameter can also possible. Biocare fermentor are plc based controlled with touch screen module attch with pc, can operated by software & data as per 21 cfr part 11. Biocare can also offer iq/pq/oq documentations

We offer In Situ (In place) fermentor. Our pilot in situ fermentor system designed by us is used for volumes above 20 Lts. The in-situ sterilization of all components, piping, filters, valves and seals can be done manually or automatically using this system.

Due to more than 14 years efforts has made biocare accumulate rich experiences in fermentor technology. Biocare having capability to produce 10 litres to 500 liters capacity fermentor which can be controlled by plc & touch screen module. Biocare fermentor also operated by software & meets 21 cfr part 11. Biocare can also offer iq/pq/oq documentations. Biocare fermentor as per gmp/glp.

Biocare introduce complete 5 liter glass fermentor which can be used cell cultural, microbiological cultural and other application in very economical prices. Glass fermentor can control temp, agitation, aeration as standard. Optionally ph, do, form controlled can be possible.
